Qualifications
A. All coaches must meet one of the following and meet employment criteria in Rule 2:
1. Be a licensed teacher with an appropriate Coaching Endorsement on their license; or
2. Be a licensed teacher with an appropriate Coaching Endorsement; or
3. Be a teacher with an approved TLP through DESE and an appropriate Coaching Endorsement; or
4. Be a credentialed Registered Volunteer (See Rule 3).

The Annual Meeting of the Governing Body is scheduled for Monday, July 27 at the Statehouse Convention Center in downtown Little Rock. This year, 13 proposals will be voted on by the member schools of the AAA. Did you know: only the member schools can vote to add or change a rule to the AAA Handbook. The AAA staff, nor the AAA Board of Directors, can make any changes without the governing body voting to approve those changes.
You asked for it, and now it's happening! The AAA and Arkansas TV are teaming up to broadcast the Centennial Bank State Soccer Finals live across the state. The 2027 state championship matches, all eight of them, will be live on Tuesday, May 18 and Wednesday, May 19 from Hot Springs Lakeside High School.
