The Annual Meeting of the Governing Body is Tuesday 10:30 a.m. August 4, 2009, at the Statehouse Convention Center in Little Rock.

The 2010-12 conferences were approved during the Board of Directors Summer Workshop held June 9-11, 2009.

Fall and winter declarations should have been submitted by June 1.
